Yuan, Chen & Partners Attorneys-at-Law was founded in 2000 and worked closely with the tax department of Diwan & Company (now Ernst & Young), “Diwan” was also our initial name. With our expertise, we provided services for the listed companies and dealt with business, tax and legal cases. In this stage, we have our name changed to “Ernst & Young” as well. Then we officially named our firm “Yuan, Chen & Partners Attorneys-at-Law” in response to the domestic and international trend of independent CPA auditing business and the request of the clients as well as for the sustainable development of the firm.

Under the leadership and guidance of the four partners who have extensive experience of litigation practices and the business and tax laws, the firm has emerged as a leading law firm in the fields of civil, criminal and administrative actions involving business and tax matters, and has been highly recognized by the clients. We will continuously make contributions to the rights of our clients and the promotion of the Rule of Law based on our solid foundations and extensive experiences that we have accumulated over the past years.
