- HML has been advising the Hotel and Casino Complex project (Naga2) amounting US$369 million and (Naga3) US$3.5 billion for the multinational company listed in Hong Kong Stock Exchange respectively as well as to become the first Cambodian company to issue offshore bonds raising US$300 million.
- HML, as one of SERC’s accredited law firm, has been nominated to be legal advisor and provide legal assistance on Cambodia’s accession as a member of the International Organization of Securities Commissions (IOSCO) in 2017.
