- HML has been advising the Hotel and Casino Complex project (Naga2) amounting US$369 million and (Naga3) US$3.5 billion for the multinational company listed in Hong Kong Stock Exchange respectively as well as to become the first Cambodian company to issue offshore bonds raising US$300 million.
- HML, as one of SERC’s accredited law firm, has been nominated to be legal advisor and provide legal assistance on Cambodia’s accession as a member of the International Organization of Securities Commissions (IOSCO) in 2017.
- HML represented and defended successfully for multinational clients in negotiation and dispute resolution at all level of courts in Cambodia. For instance, the first insolvency case in Cambodia, representing aircraft owners against provisional attachment, labor dispute, land dispute, shareholder dispute, loan recovery and many more.
